I can't find anything special about it; I mean, it's not downright unlikable, but it also did not make me feel much
Its really fun hearing mister casablancas on different beats and styles, he sounds really nice on these instrumentals. I like The Strokes and this is pretty far from that. Sounds like the inside of my brain and i like that. Its so experimental and gritty sometimes that it almost puts you in a trance. It has the same slow burn and weirdness of some really good strokes songs but the funk and disco of something you would get from daft punk. It also presents some post-punk elements that are quite hard-hitting in some songs. But it has some stinkers and boring songs and kinda annoying moments/riffs (curious) Sounds like The Vacations mixed with some old post-punk and Strokes
Very relaxing. really enjoyed it. Could have been a bit more interesting though. I feel like a lot of songs sound good but are not memorable.
It has a pandemic + edgy 2016 vibe. Something you would listen on radio but 50% of it censored (???) Although not my type of album, gave me a joyful vibe Kind of chaotic, at some points it feels more like a playlist than an album, but that's more like a side note than a general feeling. Angelic ending, enjoyed it a lot
